The operation consists of the rehabilitation of two buildings. The Rivisère 1 and 2 buildings are made up of 3 adjoining blocks, articulated in “L” at the corner of Dunkirk and Maréchal Leclerc streets in Bourg de Péage, the ensemble forming an island open to a collective central space. The splitting into 3 different volumes of the building, the differences in alignment of each block contribute to this integration, while at the same time clearing at the corner of the streets a square to date used in parking. Built in accordance with the GERSE constructive model with prefabricated facade panels, the buildings have framed facades of no particular quality, allowing the installation of an ITE type external thermal insulation.
