To improve the efficiency of its social, health and personal services staff, the community is implementing professionalisation and qualification actions. As a follow-up to the initial operation running in 2015 and 2016, 4 themes covering about 20 actions taking place in Martinique and hexagonal France are selected for the period 2015-2017. These are: 1. Family, 2. Gerontology, 3. Territorialisation and proximity, 4. Development of resource skills. The selection of 335 staff, all of whom fall under DGA SOLIDARITES, is based on their involvement in solving the problems of the target audiences. In accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, these actions are carried out by local and external contractors. The assets of those shares are valued by their use on a daily basis.
