The purpose of this operation is to deploy a duct infrastructure within the territory of the City of Saint Laurent du Maroni. The project is divided into two axes, the realisation of which is not sequenced temporally. Under the first axis, the licensee shall deploy a duct and fibre optic infrastructure for 44 municipal heritage sites to be interconnected (“municipal interconnection”). Under the second axis, the holder will be required to implement a duct and fibre optic infrastructure for two categories of sites: — On the one hand, sites of economic interest consisting of 29.8 km of administration and development areas; — On the other hand, digital carbets, which will be digital access points for the less connected areas of the city, over 38.5 km.
