For the 2014-2020 programming period of European funds, the SYNERGIE programme is intended for the computerised monitoring of projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD), the Asylum Migration Integration Fund (AMIF) and the Internal Security Fund (ISF) and partly by the European Social Fund (ESF). In order to support users, the managing authorities of the programmes have set up facilitators called “SYNERGIE referents” who ensure the implementation of the systems, the management of technical developments and the training of users. The operation presented aims to co-finance the remuneration of a SYNERGIE representative of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council, managing authority for the ERDF-FSE-IEJ Nord-Pas de Calais Operational Programme 2014-2020.
