As a National Authority within the “Interreg VA France-Wallonie-Flanders” programme 2014-2020, the Hauts-de-France Region is responsible for defending France’s interests before the partner authorities. Its tasks include securing the management and control processes of the programme; the facilitation and institutional coordination of the French side for a better contribution of the transnational actions of the programme to the needs of the territory; and improving mutualisation and coordination with other ETC programmes, other regional or regional or national policies. Staff costs and structural costs not covered by technical assistance; the operation it presents in the context of the call for projects (PAA) European Territorial Cooperation (ETC) 2014-2020 must enable the Region to equip itself with sufficient human and material resources.
