The deployment, implementation and adaptation of SYNERGIE, a new software for managing European funds at regional and interregional level (POIA). For the 2014-2020 European funds programme, the SYNERGIE programme is intended for the computerised monitoring of projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the Fund for European Aid to the Most Deprived (FEAD), the Asylum Migration Integration Fund (AMIF) and the Internal Security Fund (ISF) and partly by the European Social Fund (ESF). In order to support users, the managing authorities of the programmes have set up facilitators called “SYNERGIE referents” who ensure the implementation of the systems, the management of technical developments and the training of users. The purpose of the operation presented is to co-finance the activities of a SYNERGIE focal point in the Pacal Region, the EFSI Managing Authority for the period 2014-2020. This staff member shall be responsible for the proper functioning of the SYNERGIE shared information system used for the management of aid and for the adequacy of regional modules with those deployed at national level; he is also in charge of accompanying users. This operation is presented over the implementation period from 01/01/2014 to 31/12/2019.
