As a national authority within the Interreg France-Wallonie-Vlaanderen 2014-2020 programme, the Hauts-de-France Region is the leader of the French delegation, which is responsible for defending France’s interests before the partner authorities. Its tasks also include securing financial processes and flows, facilitating a network of French institutional actors, and coordinating with national contact points and the joint secretariat for the implementation of effective communication with French actors. In order to do so, it must have sufficient human and material resources to carry out these tasks entrusted within this framework.
