Improved knowledge of the slow movements that characterise the clay soils present on the national road no. 85 called “Napoleon Road” between the Mure (38) and Saint-Firmin (05) and management of induced risks. The project is implemented by the Centre for Studies and Expertise on Risks, Environment, Mobility and Development (CEREMA) working in the fields of engineering and geosciences with the Laboratory Department of Lyon and the field of Human and Social Sciences with the Construction Department Development Project. It is conducted in partnership with the ISTerre laboratory (Institut des Sciences de la Terre) of the University of Grenoble (UGA) working in the field of Geosciences and the EV-RIVES laboratory of the National School of Public Works of the State (ENTPE) working in the field of Human and Social Sciences.
