The territory of the Communauté de Communes Alpes d’Azur is currently not equipped with any integrated natural risk management tool in its territory. However, this area of the alpine massif combines different hazards and different natural hazards: avalanches, landslide and landslide, forest fire and flooding. In addition, the 34 municipalities of the intercommunality are located on a level 4 seismic zone. The problem of natural risk therefore makes sense. In order to best respond to the challenges posed by these different risks, the Community of Communes wishes to engage in a process of TAGIRN (Territorial of Integrated Management of Natural Risks) over a period of 3 years.
