The project presented concerns the training of professionals in the specific tools and methods necessary for the educational, therapeutic and pedagogical support of people with autism. It provides for 5 training topics, which concern both the management of the behaviour and the development of the person, but also communication (possibility to send and receive a message). \- A.B.A method that allows applied behavior analysis \- TEACCH program whose principle is to adapt the environment to make it predictable for the autistic person \- PECS which is an alternative and augmentative communication tool, through image exchange \- MAKATON which is also a communication tool that combines the exchange of images and the use of gestures \- SNOEZELEN which is a method of multi-sensory exploration, pleasure and well-being. These methods and tools are complementary and cannot be used exclusively by professionals. Their mastery is a prerequisite for employability in institutions and services for autistic children and adults. In addition, we plan to set up supervision of professionals, which will allow in the first phase to carry out a basic assessment of their practical skills and a first guidance, and in a second phase to accompany in the implementation of the achievements during the training and a final evaluation attested by a certificate of mastery of tools and methods. Two types of supervision are envisaged: \- At distance: via a secure video exchange platform. The sessions are weekly. \- In face-to-face: We plan two, one basic evaluation and one final.
