Adult Vocational Training Program 2017

Operation APF 2017 is a paid training programme and consists of two separate actions: \- the purchase of training services, \- the remuneration of trainees. The aim of this operation is to ensure that jobseekers are able to access training courses that enable them to prepare themselves for entry into qualifying training (pre-professionalisation actions) or to integrate qualification training (whether validated by a professional title or by an AFPA certificate) with a view to improving their qualification level and/or acquiring skills. The two actions are summarised below: **The first action** concerns the training of trainees (‘Procurement of training services’), which consists of 168 training actions for a forecast number of 2,215 trainees and for an overall volume of 1,032,000 hours in the centre and 199 969 hours in the company. These training courses — mostly at level V for around 60 % and 40 % for levels IV and III — are intended for job seekers and aim to develop their employability and skills in the labour market. They are involved in the **priority sectors** identified in the CPRDF (Contract for the Regional Plan for the Development of Vocational Training 2011-2015) such as: * tourism, * construction, * ICT, * services and services, * health and social sector, * agriculture, * agri-food, * transport, * trade and distribution, * green growth sector. These training courses shall be sanctioned either: * by professional qualifications (TP) or by certificates of professional competence (CCP) recognised in the national professional certification register (RNCP) * by certificates of professional qualification (CQP), * by attestations. The **2nd action** concerns the “remuneration of trainees” for such training in accordance with Article R 6341-1 of the Labour Code.
