Operation **“Securing the paths of young people to employment**” aims to promote the occupational integration of young participants PLIE and **prepare them for better employability** by enabling them to gain a better knowledge of the working environment, the integration of the conceptual elements necessary for access to and retention in employment: knowledge and integration of company codes, for better preparation upstream and during. **_ACCOMPAGNEMENT_** The network of individual and collective support remains the master tool for this operation: This year again this concept of an alliance between the coaching that is done by an individual adviser in the premises of the Local Mission (or decentralised permanence) and the support that is done through the collective mobilisations where one or more speakers intervene on a specific topic has its place. The work carried out in the first allows membership and participation in the second, which in turn are included in the individual interview to verify that the elements have been understood, assimilated, in order to work on implementation. Individual accompaniment is the essential element of the action to which prospecting and collective times are attached. Without it, mobilisation remains ephemeral and inefficient follow-up. Individual support consists of interviews in the office, coupled with telephone calls, SMS, emails, or any form of communication contact between the young participant and the PLIE referent. **_LA PROSPECTION_** \- Then, we would like the PLIE representative, knowing the profiles he accompanies, to turn to companies and meet them in order to propose the profiles of accompanied young people, but also to make these same employers aware of the potential of this low-skilled public. Business prospecting will also make it possible for employers to come to contact young people through meetings, visits, which will help the young public to a good representation of the trades, and of the company (its requirements, its expectations vis-à-vis a candidate and an employee). This survey will also make it possible to set up the “Temps strong jobs” throughout the year, on the sectors concerned by young people. This prospecting is necessary in order to raise awareness of the services of the local mission that are still unknown, and to establish a collaboration. It is also necessary to better know the professions practised in the territory, **_THE TEMPS FORTS_** It is part of the collective accompaniment: It can be defined as a mobilisation of several young people in a specific professional sector that brings together training professionals and the economic fabric. The aim is to provide the most complete information on the trades, to inform about training opportunities, to prepare young people for the codes and requirements of the company, and to allow links on offers if there are. The highlights will be programmed in 2018 according to the projects carried out by young people. However, we have a particular focus on the women’s audience: if possible, lead him to discover professional fields where he is expected for his qualities (attention, carefulness...) as well as on “the professions of tomorrow”: respect for the environment, their process, the new subjects, the new needs, the resulting training... Among these highlights, one or more events will be scheduled during the year: **Examples:** \- Job- dating jobs of tomorrow: setting up a time and meeting space for employers — young people (will be invited by young PLIE participants) on occupations represented by the companies encountered in prospecting and looking for candidates. \- Interim forum set up on the city of PONT A MOUSSON with the interim agencies involved in the local mission and particularly the reference PLIE, and concerning some of the young PLIE participants (and others). **_In this respect, only the time specifically devoted to PLIE participants in setting up the forum and in the course of the day will be counted._** _** THE PERIPHERICAL COLLECTIVES IN EMPLOYMENT:**_ > To better work on employability, this year, the operation emphasises > the importance of access to digital:_ equip the PLIE public in their job search by allowing them access to the necessary infrastructure > (computers, internet connections within the local mission), and the > guide in the various unavoidable sites (such as POLE EMPLOI) and > those facilitators (job boards) of job search. > **_The work on self-image_** required before access to employment: > We want to work with the public a new element,
