The Communities of communes of Pays between Loire and Rhône (Copler), Vals d’Aix et Isable (CCVAI) and Pays d’Urfé (CCPU) have been working since 2015 on a project of rapprochement. Important mutualisation work is underway at the level of these 3 communities of municipalities, particularly for the economic development competence block. This territorial recomposition project stems from a voluntary political approach based on a multipolar planning strategy based on the network of services, jobs and facilities in the towns. The call for projects “to meet the demographic challenge” makes it possible to continue and intensify actions in terms of attractiveness and to lead at the scale of these 3 intercommunalities: — a territorial marketing approach in order to build a differentiated and coherent positioning, to increase the legibility of economic assets and to develop territorial attractiveness — a process of host villages in order to best prepare for the installation -to boost the creation of activities and reach regional averages in terms of creative rates -to create activities linked to local resources and potentials: the Loire River, wood, quality farm production and digital — Have an exhaustive and qualitative database of the territory’s reception offer for all company targets: trade, services, crafts, industry and agricultural holdings
