Located in Ardèche south/east of the central massif, the Val’Eyrieux Community of Municipalities represents 510 km² and 13,000 inhabitants. Val’Eyrieux offers a good level of services and jobs as well as a preserved living environment, but the territory regularly loses inhabitants and the migration balance remains negative. Thus, through this first application for a “hosting” PAA, the Val’Eyrieux Community of Municipalities wished to have a genuine attractiveness policy, oriented towards reception: Active and young people to meet the workforce needs of companies; ensure generational renewal and maintain community-based public services. Project promoters and companies in order to meet the need to transfer establishments in particular but also to contribute to the development of the sectors already well established in the territory. Medical and social professionals to meet the needs of a population away from large urban areas and increasingly aging. 4 axes: Reinforcement and qualification of the reception offer, in particular on the housing and activities component Accompanying project promoters Development of reception and a culture of reception Deployment of a targeted territorial marketing strategy articulated with the departmental strategy “Amerged by Ardèche”
