Phase 1 aims to: \- set up the financing files and ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of the operation. \- develop partnership relations with institutions & the business world (public, private and associative) and guarantee a reliable internal guidance process through the joint creation of tools from “workshops” bringing together social workers, ULIs coordinators, members of the socio-professional units of the SESSAD and the members of the support unit. Phase 2 corresponds to the implementation of the action involving specific support for young people leaving IMPRO and/or leaving URIS or SESSAD with, chronologically, a reception, definition or validation of their “personalised project”, assessment of professional skills and competences, practical training and periods of immersion in the company. Phase 3 covers preparation for job interviews, search for job and training offers, positioning of young people on the above offers, access to training and follow-up for young people in training, access to employment for young people, retention and follow-up in employment. Phase 4 corresponds to the balance sheet of the action.
