The APF proposes to implement enhanced and personalised support towards the employment of persons recognised as disabled workers of PLIE participants and to provide technical support to all the route managers in order to enable them to better understand the issue of disability in their accompaniments and to mobilise as much as possible the appropriate arrangements for the construction of the routes. The APF proposes to carry, train and accompany a job reference post for the implementation of 2 actions: _**Action 1**_ \- Making and enabling the beneficiary to make a diagnosis of his/her situation \- Allow the beneficiary to become aware of the brakes \- Contribute to the lifting of its brakes by mobilising dedicated devices \- Initiate the development and initial validation of a professional project \- Support the implementation of job search \- Promote and secure job stability _**Action 2:**_ \- Be a resource centre for all referents PLIE on the occupational integration of persons recognised as workers with disabilities \- Supporting the referents in mobilising the mechanisms dedicated to persons recognised as disabled workers
