TERRITORIAL PLATFORM FOR MOBILISATION (63)- 2018

** Identification of the tasks entrusted to the platform:** \- Listing, information and guidance by means of a central call for professionals of integration and mobility \- Establishment of workshops and diagnostics mobility aimed at users allow the definition of a personalised assistance plan \- Participate in coordination around the problem of mobility with the actors in the territory they act at departmental level or more locally (e.g. project manager, prescribers, etc....) \- Ensure optimisation of mobility services, a quality of service made ** Transverse objectives:** * Implement the services defined in the context of the area. this monitoring may be individual or collective depending on the nature of the needs and actions and depending on the territories concerned. The service provider remains a strong proposal on the way in which he designs the support and construction of mobility routes. * Support must lead to autonomous and sustainable mobility. Individuals must be able to use the ordinary offer alone, whether individual or collective, with possibly several stages in the course. Tools for linking/following paths with the prescribers of socio-professional integration pathways are formalised and systematically revived. * Each participant will have in his/her possession an individual booklet relating to his or her mobility path and describing the different stages followed. * The service provider will promote the articulation of the various services in terms of mobility between them in order to propose consistency in the mobility paths. The service provider will thus be responsible for the identification and centralisation of the information available on the territory in this field and for updating it and will then have to disseminate it to all the partners concerned. **The public:** The Department wishes to implement an operation “Territorial Mobility Assistance Platform (63)” for persons ** enrolled in a socio-professional pathway**, in situations or at risk of poverty, of age to enter the labour market and facing mobility difficulties which would seriously jeopardise the possibilities of a return to sustainable employment. Any intervention by the Mobility Assistance Platform shall be of a subsidiary nature to any system governed by ordinary law or specific assistance for mobility in the local or departmental territory concerned.** Subject to meeting the above criteria, priority shall be given to: * ** rSa beneficiaries** * **publics whose age is less than 26 years, followed by a local mission and/or registered as part of the action plan for the integration of young people or under a young adult contract.** The reasons for travel relate to access to or return to employment, training and/or access to integration measures. All guidance must be carried out by the person’s reference to the socio-professional integration pathway by means of a reasoned and duly completed prescription sheet accompanied by a certificate of eligibility for the “PTAM 63” scheme.
