The aim is to set up a discovery and inclusion program for the NEET’s target, a so-called vulnerable audience: * In difficulties of integration * Early school leaving * In a situation of ill-treatment * In a situation of disability * In a situation of social and economic insecurity The proposed programme is intended to help these young people: * Reintegrate socially and professionally * Build a life project: it is in this sense that the CCI of Guyana proposes to set up a personalised path along two strategic axes (training or creation of activity or company) in favour of their social inclusion. 1- One-year course per 100 young people (3 operations: 2018-2019-2020) 2- Inclusion Programme & Discovery (see global scheme in annexes) * ** COMMUN TRONC (duration 10 weeks/35 hours per week)** **Introduction seminar (Help of participants and awareness of the success process)** **Individual interviews of 100 young people (CCIG Team + FTPE Guyana + Consultants + Partners...)** _Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday_: Morning in company (following passions, desire for training, personal fiber,...) + Seminar in the afternoon (Personal Development Thematic) _Friday_: Morning in company (following passions, choice of training, personal fiber,...) \- Discovery of the company (Immersion in business, example: plumbing, sea, trade, etc. \- Seminars offered and led by a Coach specialising in personal development and business world: * Seminar topics: Self-esteem, know how to be, know how to live, motivation and success process, keys to success,... **Building a life project** It will be necessary to accompany them to enable them to develop existential awareness which will result in concrete commitments: “In which direction do I want to evolve?” Through the seminars, the listening and availability of CCIG advisors, their partners and service providers to define together the most profound and unique aspirations of the participants. The main objective is to be able to determine for each road which route to take: * _1\. Training programme (integrating or re-entering a school and professional path)_ \- Fostering academic success \- Improving social and professional integration \- To enable young people to **give meaning** and direction ** to their actions** \- Encourage to have **medium and long-term goals** \- Accompany and advise young people on the choice of school, training,... in line with their life project \-... * _2\. Integrating an activity or business creation programme_ \- Impulsing and supporting innovative initiatives for the creation of activities or businesses \- To allow young people to follow a programme of modules around Business Management (Training seminars/months) \- Conceptualise projects (Project development, business plan,...) \- Help young people finance their project (Banking, public/private financing research) \-... The main challenge is to be able to identify with the 100 young people, the path that best fits their aspirations in order to ensure the success of the program. It is a question of supporting their own choice and initiative in order to enable them to thrive personally or professionally in training (whether or not by dual work) or in the creation of an activity. The support and conduct of life projects by professionals and a team specialised in real-scale accelerates and promotes creativity and the construction of social and professional skills transferable in private, citizen and professional life. With the help of the individual assessment guides, it will be necessary to have a tool enabling the CCIG to follow each participant’s path. A Trame should allow participants and the CCIG at the end of the 10 weeks to have the following information: * Formalised project or idea (express, conceptualise, synthesis) * Training needs certifying and/or graduation * Definition of constraints for the implementation of the life project *... At the end of the 10 weeks, the choice of young people will have to be made in order to continue the process either in training or in order to follow the activity or business creation modules. **Validation and Implementation of the Life Project** Participants will split into two groups: 1. A project to reintegrate school and work (Researching a school, training, etc.) 2. In a programme of one year in the creation of activities or enterprises Support will be carried out with the team of the CCIG, partners and providers (see annexes diagr
