Over the period Aract intends to provide the company’s actors with the tools and methods to: * carry out an inventory of the gaps on all the factors of inequality; * Set targets for achievable progress * Identify levers other than those in the area of equal pay. The aim is to bring academia and business closer to the issue of gender equality. Enable mutual enrichment: business practices enrich research, research results advance companies and ultimately advance professional equality in companies and society. The highlight is the 2nd edition of the University of Equality organised with the support of the Regional Delegate for Women’s Rights, Sciences Po Paris, DIECCTE Martinique, and MEDEF Martinique.
