PATHWAY STRENGTHENS TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE INCLUSION

**General description** **Our project is part of a comprehensive and personalised approach aimed at the social and professional inclusion of people affected by poverty and exclusion in order to promote their autonomy, employability and the removal of psychological and social barriers.** The priorities and strategies of the State-Guyanese ESF OP 2014-2020, covering in particular the support and support of the most vulnerable audiences. We have chosen to propose an action for those who need it most. Taking the example of a woman under the age of 25 who is unemployed and feels unable to find one, having left the school system early without qualifications, raising alone several children in precarious housing, we... that her social and professional inclusion requires the activation of many psychological, social and economic levers to gain access to sustainable employment. We therefore want to be able to offer people furthest away from employment, combining difficulties, enhanced support for the paths towards social autonomy and sustainable employment. Note proposal is then made up of: * Individualised and personalised psychological, social and pedagogical support; * Partnerships and contacts with local actors in employment, integration, training, health, social support, the environment... * Specific workshops aimed at restoring image and self-esteem, social autonomy, finding solutions to improve housing, health, etc. * Training aimed at consolidating the basic knowledge and skills acquired at the CICEB (French, mathematics, logical reasoning, digital...) through progressive support towards autonomy and taking initiatives to promote lifelong learning; * Workshops for the construction of professional projects adapted to the beneficiaries and the local environment, promoting professional integration In order to ensure consistency, in response to the needs of the public and ambitious objectives, we have chosen to set up small groups (of up to 12 participants) over a long period in order to best support each person and to guarantee the social and professional inclusion of all beneficiaries. So we made the choice of the priority of quality over quantity. Following a positioning phase, the participants, who are involved in their training, follow an individualised and personalised path, alternating between the different workshops. ** Description OF EACH AXE** The digital competence is acquired is developed in a cross-sectional way in each axis of the training course: for the consolidation and strengthening of basic knowledge and skills, for social autonomy (dematerialised approaches, web searches, etc.), for the construction of professional and/or training projects and for job search and professional activity. The use of digital also promotes the individualisation of training content and the personalisation of pathways. **Personal development** Articulated with all the workshops, the Personal Development module is the central axis of the training: Discovering and believing in its potential, improving the relationship with oneself and others, appropriating useful techniques in all situations to access all learnings and thus optimise your ability to integrate the world of work. **Social autonomy** The aim here is to enable beneficiaries to take ownership of the tools that promote their social and professional integration, from the individual to the group. Through various workshops, meetings, visits, discoveries, trainees gradually develop self-confidence, knowledge of the environments, the acquisition of social and cultural codes to gain autonomy but also the implementation of a collective project with a positive impact on the local environment. The collective project also aims to develop the skills to work as a team, to value potentials, to involve individuals in a citizen approach. At all stages of the project, the trainer takes on a role as facilitator, mediator to accompany the group in this joint and collaborative work, from the choice of object to implementation. This axis must make it possible to create potentials and encourage initiatives (project for occupational integration, the creation of a micro-company, the creation of SCOOP or SCIC, integration of integration sites, etc.) The pathway is therefore closely linked and complementary to the path towards occupational integration. **Basic Knowledge/Basic Skills** This optional workshop is proposed throughout the action in order to consolidate its
