The facilitator performs an intermediation function between all relevant partners: the contractor, companies, people away from employment, the public employment service and the actors involved in the integration through economic activity. It is the one-stop shop for the partnership and territory. The facilitator clause will define with the company the appropriate job profile for implementation, then direct and link the persons eligible for the device resulting from the live tracking (with professional referents) or through the IAE structures. Through professionalisation or apprenticeship contracts, the clause also allows the development of new skills within the tenderers themselves. A follow-up of the person on site is also carried out in order to trace any needs to the competent structures.
