It is within the framework specified above that the project, the Regional Delegation for Women’s Rights DRDFEFH, the Rectorat, the DIRECTE, The Defender of Rights, that CHANCEGAL proposes to develop its interventions with all types of structures by adapting to the recent recommendations of our partners, with innovation as a driving force, in order to further expand partnerships for more sustainable action. This action “Convergence Equality 18 19” should contribute to making possible equal ambition for girls and boys, women and men, whether at school, at work, or in personal life. This action uses several means (network animation, coaching, training, conference, information meeting, awareness raising, organisation of events, monitoring and tool engineering, data collection and best practices) to: 1) Creating effective professional equality** between women and men and making it more visible in our territory** 2) Training in the **culture of gender equality** and its transmission, deconstructing representations and acting in synergy ** to reduce discriminatory practices and promote equal opportunities** 3) **Educating mutual respect and equality** between girls and boys, women and men, **to end gender-based and sexual violence** 4) **Promoting greater diversity of trades** and training streams, **key factor of professional equality** 5) Communicate, disseminate and organise events (International Women’s Day, day to fight violence against women, 5th edition of the equality film chart, awards Cinetoil Equality, Professional Equality Seminar) 6) **Enlarge the network of partners** around the implementation of equality **for sustainable action** 7) Develop and share a methodological framework to increase the effectiveness of actions 8) Providing technical assistance to projects within the framework of professional equality or the diversification of professional choices This action takes place in partnership with: The Regional Delegation for Women’s Rights and Equality between Women and Men (DRDFEHF) The Rectorate, in particular the Gender Equality Officer and the Academic Service for Information and Guidance (SAIO) DIECCTE, in particular the Deputy Director for Professional Equality between Women and Men Le Pole Equality of the University of Réunion REGION Meeting The Ombudsman
