The operation entitled “Adult Vocational Training 2018” (FPA 2018) runs from 1 January to 31 December 2018. It constitutes a global operation for jobseekers which includes the execution of training measures, the carrying out of cross-cutting missions and the remuneration of trainees. The training activities are mainly in the priority sectors identified in the CPRDF (Regional Training Development Plan Contract) validated in 2011 such as: tourism, construction, medical and social health, agriculture, trade and distribution, services and services, agri-food. The operation foresees the implementation of 155 training activities with a view to forming a forecast staff of 1,699 trainees. The training ranges from level V to level III and gives rise to the issue of professional qualifications (TP), certificates of professional competence (CCP) recognised in the national register of professional certification (RNCP), certificates of professional qualification (CQP) or certificates of training. The training package is intended for job seekers and aims to develop their employability and skills in the labour market. In addition to training, trainees are provided with various services, including reception and information, counselling, guidance, recruitment, psychological support during training, accommodation, catering of trainees and follow-up and support for entry into employment. This operation also provides for the possibility for trainees enrolled in training activities, who do not have resources, to receive remuneration in order to cover the various costs incurred in the follow-up of the training.
