EMF — JOB-BASED TRAINING

The WME is the implementation of an operation aimed at bringing young people from the territory, between the ages of 16 and 29, in an active process of professional remobilisation that can lead them to employment, training, apprenticeship or even, for those furthest from the world of work, by defining a professional project. _The FME operation has as its focus:_ * young people from QPV * Unqualified young people * The “hidden” public not included in the common law schemes * Young people in the territory of Tourcoing and Vallée de la Lys The scheme does not carry out any selectivity of young people, with a concept of commitment as a strong principle where motivation and availability are the only conditions for the integration of the scheme, without any financial contribution. With our experience and culture from the Social Centres, we have the capacity and know-how to capture this audience: * The multiplicity of services we offer in our association * Our proximity to the heart of the pqv, our presence on the ground in shifts (evening and Week end) * Our knowledge and our approach with this audience that facilitates setting up * Our flexibility and our ability to integrate in real time * An existing agreement with all the social centres in QPV on Tourcoing It will be necessary to bring these young people to the structure, with a view to: * To initiate an accompaniment aimed at removing all the obstacles that may complicate their professional integration * To work on the know-being related to the world of business * To define a viable professional project and an adapted action plan * To make them discover the world of work through partnership actions with the companies in the territory * To hang them up in the ordinary legal paths _The educational process of the FME operation differs from the existing by relying on 4 fundamental means: its abilities, limitations, objectives and commitment to achieve them, on the world of work * Support is not chronological but not in situ, in a defined, short and rapid temporality * The creation of relational situations with measured impact in order to achieve the young person’s remobilisation * An opening for young people to the metropolis and active geographical mobility _This operation will be divided around 4 main axes:_ \- ** locating and mobilising:** Based on the knowledge of young people and their potentials, the aim of this approach will be to value young people in their environment, to raise awareness of their skills and thus to trigger the motivation to translate them into their professional future. * A strategy based on the proximity of the field and the capture of young people in their daily lives * In the heart of the QPV, in the field, in the evening and on the weekend * Taking into account the environment of each QPV * Working in direct collaboration with the actors of each QPV \- **diagnosis:** Our experience and the results obtained on the device showed us that the collective approach and the proposal for immediate action with young people were two factors of success * Indispensable to measure the degree of distance from the NEET labour market and thus to modulate and customise the intensity of the support to be put in place during the duration of his involvement in the device. * Lasting 15 days during which the young person will take part in collective modules, situations, individual meetings * To involve the young person fully in the implementation of the action plan that will result from the diagnosis, by activating awareness \- ** enhanced support:** An accompaniment chooses and adapted to the needs of each young person who sets himself and as soon as he enters into collaboration with the team his or her goal to achieve at the exit, whose employment is not the only positive exit. * Each young person will benefit from a unique accompaniment during their journey on the device. * This will be defined directly after the diagnosis phase. * Each accompaniment will include, at different levels adapted to its specificity: individual support, revitalisation through a collective approach, openness to professional culture \- **Resolution:** Mobilising young people towards a career path through a collaborative approach and taking into account the objective set by each of them when they enter the scheme. It is targeted for each young person integrated into the device and will be considered as such if one of the following choices is validated at the exit of the young NEET from the device: * Training or schooling * Definition of professional project
