Operation TREMPLIN YEUNES aims to be an intensively alternating system of individual interviews and collective workshops over 4 months, promoting rapid and sustainable social and professional integration in the territory. It is an individual and collective personalised support whose red thread is the technical referent of the operation, FATIMA AHARRAT, with external interventions from partners, coaching, sponsorship... This operation should make it possible to increase the number of job placements that will facilitate the construction of a professional project, the discovery of the company, the acquisition of business codes, the learning of the expected knowledge, the rise in skills... Finally, Tremplin Jeunes allows, through the accompanying booklet, to trace the entire journey, formalise the skills, skills, skills and know-how of each of the accompanied young people. **_THE REPERAGE OF PUBLIC_** \- The NEET audience accompanied in Local Mission: the reference counsellors assess the relevance of an entry into the YEI scheme of NEET accompanied youth \- Partnership: the Local Mission of the Val de lorraine communicates around the operation to sensitise the wide-ranging partnership network to a tracking and orientation of the NEET public not known to our structure. The reference counsellor welcomes this audience after orientation. The diagnosis of the reference counsellor should confirm the prescription TREMPLIN YEUNES \- Targeting of the public: The operation is aimed at young NEETs applying for employment, under the age of 26, requiring sustained support for professional integration, whether or not registered as jobseekers, residing in one of the 4 communities of municipalities in the territory of the Local Mission. How to locate: Some non-exclusive indicators may allow young people to be identified and directed to the operation: \- public coming from rural areas or from ZRR (Rural Revitalisation Zone) with the possibility for the IEJ representative advisor to go to meet the public in its territory thanks to the decentralised permanences \- young graduates (bac and more) in job search who cannot integrate ESF schemes to support the employment of young people with low qualifications (Examples: placement Cell, Operation Plie Val de Lorraine) \- young girls more affected by youth unemployment \- non-French and/or newcomer youth \- young people who aim to enter Youth Guarantee and those who leave. However, the IEJ operation is not intended to be a SAS prior to the Youth Guarantee. It will only concern the public who, in the light of the youth’s counsellor, presents a need for progressive mobilisation. The start-ups of accompaniment will be done at best by cohorts to ensure from the beginning a group dynamic which will be maintained by collective pedagogical times. However, reception on the flow per unit is not excluded, as required. **_ACCOMPAGNEMENT_** It is a reinforced accompaniment that comes in individual and collective form, towards and in employment. > **_Individual accompaniment_**: the counsellor plans to meet > every young person very regularly, several times a month.
