PLACEMENT CELL 2018

The Investment Cell is a support operation for the person, which is essentially based on: \- the individual support reinforced by the reference advisor of the operation, she also responsible for Enterprise Relations (SONIA LAGREE) on Job Search Techniques, targeting companies, linking on offers... \- the prospecting of enterprises carried out by this business relationship manager and the resulting connections \- the mobilisation of the public residing in the territory of the Val de Lorraine The support of young people is carried out over the maximum duration of the operation for a long-term placement (employment, qualification training, etc.), i.e. until 31 December of each year agreed. Entry into the “training” and “employment” situation will be considered as positive exits. “Path management” times take place collectively as a pedagogical team so that the relationship manager company can expose the progress of each of the accompanied young people, the companies met, the recruitment strategies implemented. Stage points can be carried out in team meetings about the Investment Cell operation, in order to resitute the staff in the course of the follow-up, profiles, the companies approached, the projects of dedicated days alternating and other collective time. These presentations are made in the presence of the youth counsellors (guarantee of information on the progress of the course). Thematic days around alternance make it possible to bring young people closer to apprenticeship or professionalisation contracts: Sonia LAGREE and the coordinator work for a collaboration with CFAs, training organisations, and companies to promote alternance and link the profiles with each other. To do this, the meeting of each other is favoured. Young people benefit from an approach to the trade, dual training, technical apprenticeships... the connection on offers is done at that time. Corporate immersions can be proposed to allow each party to position themselves.
