Scholarships for students in mobility — University Year 2018-2019

The “Buurse for students in mobility” operation carried out by the Departmental Council of Reunion is an annual support action for students in their mobility study project. The scholarship awarded under this heading is an annual financial assistance paid directly to the student. This is subject to effective implementation and controlled by the departmental scholarship services. It meets a need to finance the student’s budget in mobility. This annual action consists of the awarding of scholarships to students in mobility to enable them to follow regularly, full-time, for a full year, graduate studies at the Bac+ 1 level to Bac+ 5 in initial training, outside Reunion but in the European Union. The grant for students in mobility is carried out in the form of financial aid granted to students in Réunion who meet specific eligibility criteria set out in the departmental student aid regulation. Individual and active support of the participants shall be carried out and justified: \- at the entry of the operation by the registration documents, \- during the procedure by the transcripts and certificates of attendance, \- at the exit of the device by a certificate of success or diploma. Individual follow-up and support is carried out by a manager in charge of a “group of letters” of participants through e-mail, telephone or net-bourse software. This accompaniment makes it possible to pay the scholarship in two fractions to the student’s bank account as follows: 60 % after verification of eligibility, from the start of the academic year and 40 % in the second semester on production of the attendance certificate. **Thus, the eligibility of the participants in the operation will be justified on the basis of the following types of documents**: For the preparation of the dossier and the first eligibility (academic year of entry into the departmental scheme): * Notice of taxation or non-taxation of the tax home (N-1, N-2), * identification documents (national identity card or European passport), * Family booklet, if applicable, official document attesting to the separation of the parents, * Certificate of education, * Certificate of student social security, * Results of examination or transcript of the first semester, * proof of personal address of students on mobility. For the renewal of the application (following academic year): * Notice of taxation or non-taxation of the tax household, * Any document relating to a change of situation, * Re-registration (certificate of education).
