Programme of activities 2017/2018 CARIF-OREF — Basic missions — State share

The main objective of the project is to support those involved in guidance, training and employment in three ways: * By offering them tools and animations aimed at enriching their professionalisation in the face of legislative developments (Action Sheet 1); * By providing technical support to the CREFOP animation, through tools and the facilitation of the permanent secretariat of this body (action sheet 2); * By facilitating the deployment of sectoral or territorial mechanisms and tools aimed at structuring the Employment-Training relationship (Action Sheet 3). The operationalisation of these actions thus allows: * _On the professionalisation of actors_: to offer awareness workshops (inter or intra) whose teaching material is based on the production of standby media (newsletters, PowerPoint presentation, website) and decision support tools through the SyOP tool. * _On the technical support of CREFOP_: to propose administrative and logistical follow-up (preparation of plenary, bureau, functional commissions, preparation of minutes of meetings), to ensure coordination between the members of the panel and on documentary sources (studies, statistical data, etc.), to facilitate the website dedicated to CREFOP (on-line of documents, update of information and user base,...) and to ensure regulatory monitoring for the benefit of members. * _On the support of public policies_: to propose sectoral support (BTP, real estate, tourism, waste and recovery, live entertainment, animation and sport) through the preparation of framework agreements, the production of sectoral studies and the production of trade sheets. In addition to this sectoral presence, the action integrates a territorial dimension through support for the implementation of COTEFs. More broadly, the action also provides support for the SRFSS (Regional Scheme for Health and Social Training) and for the work of the CPRDFOP (Regional Plan Contract for the Development of Training and Vocational Guidance). The project is aimed at intermediate beneficiaries such as communities, public institutions, businesses, social partners, funders, reception and guidance facilities and training institutions.
