Latitude – Pro – “capture Tension Crafts”

**Genericly**: This proposal responds to the expectations of the call for proposals. **It deploys _a set of specific actions_ support for young people targeted towards employment, in particular to promising sectors currently. It offers them innovative support arrangements facilitating professional immersion and the creation of realistic and feasible training plans.** Latitude Pro is part of: * **Thematic Objective 8**: “promoting quality and sustainable employment and supporting labour mobility * **Investment priority 8.2**: “the sustainable integration into the labour market of young people, in particular those who are not in employment, education or training, including young people exposed to social exclusion and those from marginalised groups, through the implementation of the Youth Guarantee” **It will call for measures to identify, raise awareness and provide information, personalised support, and inter-community mobility. We will explain not only in terms of pathways but also in the phases of acquiring basic skills or/or techniques and cross-cutting professional skills (Soft skill)** We have noted that the results of the actions will result in result indicators focused on access to employment, in traineeships, in training built around a personalised professional project and built on a continuous career path. The project “**Latitude pro**” (word games with change of latitude, attitudes centered on orientation, the professional project......) will be deployed over **a total duration of 26 months** (November 2018 — December 2020) It will be structured around four phases that aim to “act” on: the young NEETs by offering them a ** intensification of the accompanying/youth relationship** \- their home territory by feeding them with a survey but also of different state of the place diagnoses of population typologies which are not yet sufficiently transparent because they are not sufficiently listened to in terms of needs and difficulties — the elderly, the disabled in particular. **This survey and diagnostics will be carried out by the beneficiaries of the scheme**. This methodological and logistical participation will develop their soft skills and nurture their employability. **Action 1: Formation and training phase of the “latitude Pro” brigade** **Innovative because truly inclusive,** it allows each municipality to identify five young NEETs **i.e. 15 young people who after a time of coaching and training (3 months) will be an integral part of the technical team of the system (_Cf Action 1_) and will be involved in the following phases focused on PUBLIC NEET **Duration**: November 2018 — March 2019 **Action 2: A social and solidarity “communal” one-stop-shop:** In a specific format, run by young NEETs in phase 1 (brigade “latitude Pro”) this window will continuously accommodate young people, inhabitants of the mentioned municipalities, who will be offered not skills assessments — ** but meaning assessments** as well as basic knowledge workshops and “soft skills” workshops. Their passage through this counter will be traceable and will give rise to an action plan with recommendations — immersion in other municipalities, meetings with professionals (_cf action 2_) **Duration**: January 2019 — December 2020 **Action 3: The support of a team “area projects**”: this team of young Neet “inserted” following phase 1 supervised by BGE technicians, reinforced by young NEET volunteers will be involved in practical diagnostics of territories focused on the needs of the elderly, disabled people and families. (_Cf action 3_) **Duration**: January 2019 — December 2020 **Action 4: The construction of a platform to support and follow up the skills paths linked to the future professions of social, medico-social and training**: This platform will work on a case-by-case basis according to the needs of its beneficiaries — it is a facilitating platform that carries out close partnership with common law structures and arrangements deployed on the coast and often not accessible in remote areas (_cf action 4_) **Duration**: June 2019 — December 2020. **The added value of the project over the existing** The “latitude pro” project has a certain **singularity** with regard to: * **_partner communes_** and the inclusive participation of a group of young targets in the deployment of the project (animation, synthesis writing, team management..) * **_the so differentiated consideration of young NEET_** who do not present a homogeneous group in a targeted area — the project “disintegrates” the public
