Based on the strengths and difficulties identified during the reception of the participant, the Referent proposes an action plan to the participant. The different commitments of the participant and the referee are as follows: The Referent engages with the participants in a contract whose objectives are accepted by the three parties (the participant, the referent and the PLIE Animation Team), The Referent defined with each participant a personalised integration pathway according to their project and abilities, Le Référent ensures individualised support throughout the participant’s entire pathway by meeting him at regular intervals, the Referent assesses at each stage the progress of the individual project and determines the next step, this in a short time, and formalises these ABC ViEsion steps, Le Référent works in direct contact with the operators involved in the different stages of the course, The Referent changes the demand of the participant, by studying his or her transferable know-how on similar trades, Le Référent works the professional project focusing on the skills acquired or to be acquired, Le Référent informs for each participant the conditions of employability from the trade sheets (ROME) The Referendum ensures a close follow-up of the participant and in all cases: * upon request, * in case of difficulty, * during each new stage. The Referent participates in the meetings of referents, the Accreditation Commission and the training organised by the PLIE Animation Team. The Referent transmits to the Animation Team the qualitative elements of the integration pathways necessary for the implementation of the programming. The mission shall contain an obligation to reserve information given in confidentiality by the participants. The information transmitted to the partners shall be subject to the agreement of the person concerned. The Referent will be entrusted by the PLIE Animation Team, the follow-up of one or more Communes de la Métropole (outside performances). In order to allow residents of the member municipalities to benefit from this service, the Referent intervenes on appointment beaches in areas of Clermont Auvergne Métropole, in particular priority districts with varying intensity to be specified according to the number of persons targeted. The PLIE path reference must be a privileged interlocutor for the Commune on integration and employment issues and likely to link with the partners regarding the pathways and stages implemented (assisted contracts, additional training, etc.). The path reference may also be entrusted with the following additional tasks: * Followed by one or more Classic or Insert Companies. * Followed by one or more actions initiated by the PLIE or one of the partners of the PLIE (participation in various meetings, follow-up of partnership actions etc.). Face-to-face working hours with the participants are the core of the career references, complementary missions should represent only a limited working time of referents under the supervision of the PLIE Animation Team. The general law stages (service, training, hiring aids, etc.) are primarily mobilised by the referees.
