Animation of the employment-integration-entrepreneurship platform

Euometropole wishes to take advantage of vacant premises in order to create a project that would bring together socio-professional integration actors in connection with local businesses. The House of Integration and Economic Development in Neuhof would be the place totem. MIDE has been identified as a reference point for the development of the platform. The MIDE would be the emblem of new initiatives, the meeting of partners and the involvement of companies so that everyone converges towards a better professional integration of the inhabitants of the neighbourhood. The MIDE is a property of the Eurometropole de Strasbourg, located 19 alley Jacqueline Auriol in Strasbourg-Neuhof and consists of two buildings of about 1 500 m² in total. This is an important equipment of the Neuhof, located less than 200 m from the Rodolphe Reuss tram stop and the Reuss Hub, at a central location across the southern districts. In order to manage the place and more generally the project, both in its administrative management part (occupancy of premises, management of planning, setting up an occupation agreement...) and in its part animation and coordination of the various players involved in socio-pro-integration (establishment of a shared meeting, joint communication, creation of places between the various occupants, reception of audiences remote from employment and reorientation to the right interlocutor...), a service provider is appointed by the Eurometopole. The project focuses on the question of the employability of people and aims to complement the actions carried out by all the actors involved in integration and employment. The people supported in the platform are recognised in their entirety by converging actions in favour of employment, training and entrepreneurship within the same system, will have the opportunity to express their assets, qualities and know-how, whether professional or not, and will be offered progressive pathways alternating social involvement, paid activities and training. Actions which will be particularly encouraged and developed will therefore be particularly encouraged and developed: \- promote access to the company through a gainful and rewarding activity, according to the principle of “employment first”, \- encourage direct contact with the company in all its forms: immersion periods/internships/direct contact with recruiters, \- provide for an alternation between working time in the company and time to strengthen skills/qualifications/skills, \- implement pedagogies inspired by methods of non-formal education, popular education, “learning by doing”... The manager/facilitator of the place is responsible for the proper organisation of the project. He works closely with the departments of the Eurometropole (management of the patrîmoine, integration, direction of economic development and direction of territory).
