Improvement of route engineering -Grenoble-Alpes Métropole 2019

As of 01/01/2019, the tasks are broken down as follows: \- The territorial officials **(2 FTE)** ensure all the CLAS (Local Commission for Admission and Monitoring) necessary to verify the desirability of bringing the prescribed audiences back to the PLIE and to evaluate the accompanying paths carried out. They also provide day-to-day support to career managers and are responsible for corporate relations on the side of the public. This day-to-day work is complemented by numerous meetings with all or some of the referents of the territory’s enhanced employment pathway and responsible for business relations. The PLIE territorial officials are also responsible for awarding public contracts deemed necessary to improve integration pathways. The two territorial managers are more generally in charge of piloting and deploying the PLIE in their sub- territories, the engineering of the PLIE routes, the engineering of course actions (training, collective actions). Consistent support for the professionalisation of local actors is also an inherent part of their mission. For several years, it has been translated into the design and feeding of a partnership information site dedicated to professionals involved in the socio-professional integration of the territory (see action fiche site [www.parcoursemploi- bassingrenoblois.org](http://www.parcoursemploi-bassingrenoblois.org)) and by the monthly drafting of thematic newsletters on the specific field of training. This role also requires numerous meetings with PLIE partners and beneficiaries. \- the assistant to the service **(1 FTE)** is responsible for all the tasks relating to the assembly of the mentioned meetings, the follow-up of letters and contracts of employment. It supports the preparation of the various bodies, in particular the CLAS and ensures that information on participants’ journeys on the ABC ViEsion software is entered. \- The administrator of the ABC ViEsion database **(1 FTE)** intervenes on a daily basis on the path tracking tool, which is the basis for the work of the path engineering improvement team to improve the quality of the journeys and develop appropriate route stages. The team also has an Innovative Projects Task Manager **(0.8 FTE)** in order to define, plan and promote the implementation of the actions necessary for the emergence of projects aimed at the integration of those most in difficulty. The different peripheral barriers to employment are worked and different work axes are more specifically engaged: fight against the digital divide, experimental project on a long-term zero unemployed territory, follow-up to the occupational integration component of the Mous scheme (Urban and Social Work Management for the inclusion of people in housing difficulties by combating precarious housing and accompanying the closure of illegal squats and camps) and development of socio-professional integration actions for migrant audiences. This staff member is following, in particular, the development of FLE (French Foreign Language) actions for professional purposes.
