The PLIE accompaniment takes place in two stages: \- intensive support towards employment for 3 months, during which people must be present at least once a week for an individual appointment with their employment advisor or any form of collective action that may be offered to them (thematic workshop, company visit, meeting of employers, job dating, etc.). Any employment or internship opportunities will also be seized. The objective of this first step is to put people in individual and collective dynamics, to enable them to develop solidarity among themselves and to create opportunities for business meetings and business discovery and access to rapid employment. \- at the end of these three months, the support will be transferred to a PLIE referent who will propose regular interviews (the frequency must be adapted to the situation of the people with a monthly interview objective) and the orientation towards path stages designed to enrich people’s skills and abilities
