1\. **Presentation of the Kalou system** The MFRLO is a training organisation specialised in the agricultural and rural sector. We want to use our know-how to enable jobseekers and jobseekers in reduced activity who wish to move into the professional agricultural sector to benefit from specific and individualised support. The Kalou scheme is a means of supporting beneficiaries with an agricultural project defined in their installation. The accompanying steps will depend closely on their specific needs. Emphasis may be placed on the need for agricultural certification. Necessary element for applications for European grants; Just as it can be put on purely administrative support to the installation. This suggests that the accompanying person already has the required qualifications. The Kalou scheme is also a way to introduce the agricultural sector and its trades to people who want to move in this sector. Their support will therefore be more structured around raising awareness that will confirm or invalidate their emerging professional project. This support will therefore be longer, if in the long term these people wish to become professionals in the agricultural world. It is a flexible device that adapts to different profiles of people. From beginners to confirmed. In terms of social support, a point of honour is placed on the mobility of the people we accompany. A daily transport system for trainees from their place of residence to the MFR will be organised. The trainees will be recovered by us from the municipalities of Saint-Laurent du maroni, Awala-Yalimapo and the various towns of Mana. They will also be fed at noon in our canteen to allow two working sessions to be set up. **2\. The actions of the Kalou system** This scheme consists of 5 actions for a maximum journey of _**1 200 hours**_ of accompaniment and **minimum of 100 hours:** * The first is a positioning action to carry out the diagnosis of the beneficiary’s accompanying needs — _**35 hours max**_ * The second is an introduction to agricultural and rural occupations — _**150 hours max**_ * The third is an action to support qualification and certification in agricultural and rural occupations — **_800 hours max.** * an introduction to the setting-up of an agricultural or rural enterprise with an individualised support process towards installation — **_150 hours max.** * The fifth is an action to prepare for working life in agriculture and rural areas — _**65 hours max**_ It is foreseen that 60 people per year will be supported over all the measures taken together. Beneficiaries are not obliged to go through all the actions of the scheme. The actions by which they will have to transit will be determined during the first action. It is therefore understandable that only Action 1 is common to all actors. Action Five is a parallel action to Action Four: People who have not confirmed their choice to pursue business start-ups can still continue to be accompanied, despite the “Kouveuse” dimension of the Kalou project. Action five is put in place to continue supporting employment. The people whose creation project has not been able to succeed will also be able to pass through this action to master the mechanisms of the world of wage work. **3\. Target audiences** a.
