**The objectives of the 2019-2020 project:** To meet this challenge, APF Conseil must **develop its network of** **trainers.s** in order to be able to respond to the greatest number of companies and local authorities, in order to ensure proximity to the Rhône-Alpes part. Thus, the success of the project also requires the **development of new skills** for our stakeholders in order to diversify and enrich our service offering. Furthermore, we need to improve the skills, know-how and experiences of our trainers**. These are not just “witnesses” mobilised to raise awareness, but real professionals of teaching transmission. The occupational integration of people with disabilities will also require a change in the way companies look at their abilities. Finally, it seems essential to **value the experience of use** among companies and local and regional authorities. This unique pedagogical signature of APF Conseil brings real added value in policies for the reception and integration of people with disabilities. To this end, we wish to put in place and develop the following elements: * Recruitment of **new trainers.s** * Construction of a **new pedagogical offer** (High quality of use — universal accessibility) * Construction of a **consultation offer** (support for the emergence, implementation and/or development of a disability policy) * **Training of trainers** (old and new) in the new pedagogical offer and the provision of advice/assistance * **Animation of the regional network of trainers** (individual and collective support, pair emulation, co-development) * **Creation of a digital base** of educational resources with remote access * **Creation of tools for the promotion and valorisation** of the network of trainers (competences, pathways, experiences, disabilities, specialties, territory, etc.)
