THE URASS-IFMES TRAINING OFFER 2019: A KEY LEVER FOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND PROFESSIONAL INTEGRATION

Our project consists of a PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OFFER for all within the scope of the health and social sector. This has always been part of the regional vocational training strategy of the Regional Council. In a difficult situation characterised in particular by a low rate of employment among young people, an increase in schooling and also difficulties in integrating young people with low qualifications into the labour market, the Regional Council of Martinique wanted to strengthen the support of jobseekers in vocational training: * by developing the individualisation of training paths, * by making the jobseeker involved in his professional integration, * by accompanying training organisations in the implementation of pedagogical content in accordance with the needs of economic actors, * taking into account the acquired experience in professional careers It is within this framework that the URASS-IFMES: Training Institute for Health and Social Education Trades becomes the training operator who offers a range of graduate, qualifying, certifying, initial and continuing vocational training courses, as well as further training courses eligible for the CPF personal training account. _The public to whom our project is addressed:_ \- jobseekers, \- bachelor’s degree holders and -direct candidates (continuing studies) The offer of vocational training from the URASS-IFMES gives anyone, regardless of their level, access to a competition in the health and social sector holding or not the baccalaureate. In addition to vocational training from level V to level II, IFMES offers pre-training cycles; These are intended to give trainees (young bachelors, jobseekers or retraining employees) who wish to engage in the social sector, the opportunity to check the relevance and feasibility of their professional project, and to improve their written and oral skills in order to better understand the various tests of the competitions. Modes that are part of the active methods that place the learner at the heart of his/her learning and the use of innovative teaching materials. Through this choice of modalities, our objectives are to promote both apprenticeships, but also to adapt the training offer to the real needs of trainees. Thus, our approach consists of: * A participatory and active method: contextualisation/Practical Cases/Rames to get closer to the daily reality of the participants * Theoretical input: through technical and theoretical presentations in the form of PowerPoint support (with video projection) illustrated with practical examples, mini application cases, questions and answers. * Exchange of practices and sharing of experiences and confrontation of points of view. _Our Evaluation Methods_ Our evaluation methods aim to improve the quality of our p
