BACK TO THE VISIBLE... It’s: _**Working with the network of partners to identify and reorient**_ Experience has shown that the traditional recovery has its limits. This is why the local mission proposes to set up a network of partners in the Lorraine Valley to work together with the target audience. We propose to: \- Identify the partners where targeted young people can go: those of social and professional integration, the playful, sports, associative, school (colleges and high schools of the territory), cultural environment, daily consumption environment, services used... \- Contact these partners, meet them, collaborate to better target the audience we are interested in, and allow a reorientation to our structure in a more flexible way, establishing a relationship of trust with the help of the partner. \- Work with enough partners to allow meaningful coverage of the territory \- Define with them how to capture young people who have turned away from the career integration circuit, who could be relayed back to the local mission, and mobilise them if they do not know the structure: what are their interests, what are their paths, what is the reason why they no longer attend our services...? **Mobilise the target audience:** With the help of the partner who can sometimes represent a strong benchmark in the young person (e.g. an MJC, a sports club,...) the reference advisor makes a first encounter. This meeting can take on an official aspect: make an appointment But the advisor can also seize events or events organised by the partner and use them as a means of meeting the target audience. e.g.: Animated fun workshop in MJC, sports meeting organised by a club, Cyber games forum set up by an association, open days, employment forum... During this meeting, create a climate of trust and encourage young people to express themselves on their journey, their expectations in terms of integration, understand why and when they left the services of the local mission... Assess the needs of the young person and with him the degree of interest he would have to return to the local mission: to use the time factor to familiarise himself with the proposal to accompany or resume accompanying, to establish a contact over time, and to insist on the concept of red thread as the reference counsellor for the action: he remains the one who will carry out the support on a local mission, an important concept in the principle of trust to be established in a human relationship. Indeed, if counsellor Bruno Coelho, who is inclined on this operation, manages to hang up with the young person who has distanced himself from our services, it is important that he become the reference adviser on a local mission so that the confidence created in the first hang-up exchanges continues in the accompaniment. _**Communication tools**_ \- Set up the necessary tools from these partners to the local mission reference advisor: e.g.: identification sheet for young people \- Establish an active communication with the partners for regular monitoring of this identification the communication will be the key word in this operation, it will have to be regular with the partners, (telephone, mail, visits...) to establish a reflex with the partners.
