This project takes the form of intensive support for young people towards and in employment until integration into a company or in training is consolidated. This accompaniment is implemented by an advisor dedicated to coaching. This accompaniment takes place in the following phases: * The detection of candidates for accompaniment; * Diagnosis; * The job review, the job search strategy and the definition of the action plan; * The implementation of the action plan; Monitoring in employment or training. The dedicated advisor will be able to modulate these phases and their content according to the needs of each jobseeker followed as part of the support. This intensive accompaniment will be mainly individualised, with collective phases, and of a maximum duration of 6 months. The duration can be extended in order to secure the period of integration in a company or in training. This extension may not exceed two months.
