Our project “the socio-professional integration of villagers through the creation of local social and solidarity economic activities” is a project based on 2 actions: * Structuring and developing the tourist offer in the villages through personalised support for project promoters * Creation of a local economic activity through an integration site: creation of an economic activity in landscaping and wood construction in the village of Sainte Rose de Lima This project is carried out by the DLTV (Local and Tourist Development of Villages) scheme of the Peuplen Harmonie association, which aims to enable the inhabitants of the villages to mount local economic projects based on the valorisation of their environment and know-how and on solidarity and collective management. In its approach to “socio-professional integration of villagers through the creation of local social and solidarity-based economic activities”, Peupl en Harmonie is based on the following principles: * Consultation and respect for the inhabitants * Sustainability of local economic activity created * Solidarity and synergy of the various local initiatives (where possible) * The valorisation of individual and collective know-how and skills * The valorisation of all “trades” (whether occupied by women or men) * Respect for the environment and nature * The valorisation of culture, traditions and relations Man-Nature * The equitable distribution of responsibilities, roles and benefits among the participants (within the framework of a project managed collectively) * The search for professionalism and excellence The 2 actions of this project are thus complementary and will be carried out in parallel: * Within the framework of the action “Creation and structuring of tourist offers in villages through enhanced support for project promoters”, the objective is to support villagers who are far from employment who have a professional project in tourism. The accompaniment is individual (with possibly a collective part) and it can take different forms according to the needs of the Project Carrier (PP): simple advice, project assembly engineering, training or even accompaniment throughout the process of creating its activity. The initiative is therefore initially an individual initiative and the promoter of this initiative benefits from support adapted to his needs and his project and enabling him to create his employment in the context of an individual or collective economic activity (if his activity is coupled with those of other project promoters in its territory). * Within the framework of the action “Creating a local economic activity through an integration site”, the objective is to accompany villagers away from employment who wish to enter professionally by creating a collective local economic activity (which is initially carried out by an integration site). Support is therefore both individual (of each person in integration) and collective (with the process of perpetuating the local activity created and carried out by an integration site in the first years). The first project of this action is “the creation of an economic activity in landscaping and wood construction in the village of Sainte Rose de Lima through an integration site”.
