**Introduction** Our project is part of a reinforced pathway approach for access to professionalisation in occupations in tension in order to strengthen employability and access to training for those furthest from the labour market with a view to their social inclusion. The course will take the form of **global accompaniment** as part of a four-month **prequalification** aimed at **access to certification training (PNR title) alternating 12 months** on **tensioned trades** in the employment pools concerned. The analysis of the 2019 BMO identified the employment family “Functions linked to sales, tourism and services” on the three Cayenne, Kourou and St Laurent basins as being in tension. The level of demand for trades: Premises Maintenance Officers, Self-Service Employees and Vendors (R1Z61 R1Z62 R1Z60 R1Z66) credible the formulation of a professional integration project in these fields. Access to these jobs will be facilitated by the acquisition of professional qualifications (Ministry of Labour) corresponding to: * to the expected trades * Cleanliness and Hygiene Officers => Premises Maintenance Agents * Seller(s) in store => Sellers * characteristics of the target audiences in the territories * Starting qualification levels * Reality of the training project insertion The training modality by alternation of 12 months; corresponding to the second phase of the project; will continue and strengthen the development of professional postures in order to maximise success factors. **This phase two of the project is not included in this application for funding** but it cannot be detached from it because it structure the whole approach: a pre-qualification to gain access to professionalisation through alternation (certification + 12 months’ professional experience).
