Pass’age is for: **1\. People who have already been identified by those involved in integration and training, but who do not wish to make use of the service offered by those involved in supporting employment; • People very remote from employment, “outside radars” of public institutions, due to various factors (illiteration, social isolation, recognised disability or not, without fixed homes, people with addictive practices, informal economy, rejection of institutions, etc.). The following audiences are also given priority in order to benefit from the identification and mobilisation actions: * Young women in early pregnancy, * Young people who work informally, * single parents, * young people who have been incarcerated without support, * Persons with unaccompanied psychic disorders, * young people with significant career breaks (+ 18 months), * Homeless or family breaks, * Young people in connection with associations. These audiences adhere to the principles of the project — they are volunteers and wish to work on their professional project related to Silver Economy or not. They validated the idea of providing according to their abilities and know-how to provide physical or moral assistance to senior participants. **2\. Smugglers of the future — “specialists of life”** * Retired people looking for activity to preserve their well-being and autonomy. * Seniors over the age of 60, inactive but in need of work * Seniors weakened by geographical, family, social isolation and resource insecurity. For the latter, it will be proposed if necessary a transport system accompanied on departure and return from their home insured by our partner, Age d’Or Services. These people are volunteers. They wish to register for intergenerational activities provided in the Pass’age scheme. They joined the scheme by validating the relevance of meeting and accompanying young participants according to their know-how. Three types of actions will be implemented 1. **An action dedicated to welcoming the diagnosis of expectations and needs but also to the valorisation of soft skills,** or even technical skills which can be transferred; This action is finalised for each beneficiary by obtaining a roadmap and planning of first workshops in line with their profiles. 2. An action that corresponds to **the gradual and regular deployment of a series of workshops** mixing the two audiences supervised by professionals but also beneficiaries who want to pass on knowledge. 3. An action that corresponds to the setting up of an intergenerational exchange of services The beneficiaries all go first through Action 1 and then 2.Action 3 will not concern all the public....even if our teams will encourage beneficiaries to register and exchange services, but also to find themselves together to reflect between generations about activity projects to be tested.
