The project will enable young people to integrate an innovative training pathway based on alternance pedagogy, to ensure personalised social and pedagogical follow-up by a multi-disciplinary pedagogical team in order to reduce the rate of absenteeism and dropout. The school system, despite all the options and pathways it offers, does not fully meet the needs and profiles of certain young people. As a result, the latter remain without any education, which obviously does not work in their favour when they want to stay on the territory concerning foreigners and obtain the slightest chance of regularisation. As for others, they do not end better with the issue of wandering. These are mainly those of which: * regular absences eventually excluded the young person from the system; * the absence of a residence permit makes it impossible to search for a boss; * the prerequisites are insufficient to qualify for an examination, the national DNB and CAPA exams. * personal working abilities are impossible and therefore all learning must be done in situ; * the proposed rhythms and methods are impossible to maintain and/or respect in relation to their experiences; * the cultural gap is too large for them to adhere to a sustainable enrolment within the school. The consequences of this reciprocal inadequacy of both schools and young people cause: * the rejection of young people from the school; * the rejection of these young people by the school; * multiple reorientations in the same school year; * an increased feeling of failure causing a devaluation of their self-esteem; * a break in their life project; * significant risks of social drift and marginalisation; * in the end, months of schooling without any diploma or certificate of compulsory education have been obtained. This project will support the formalisation of the socio-professional project for young people from 16 to 25 years of age, through the deployment of adapted tools, including digital activities, socio-cultural activities, accommodation support and dual training to acquire solid training in agriculture. Finally, this project should then enable the development of educational activities that take account of these aspects but will also allow for follow-up in its family environment. They will have the priority to identify the young person(s) dropping out of school and the cause(s) Proposing social, educational, pedagogical solutions and extracurricular activities to young people identified or recognised in early school leaving to enable them to get out of this situation
