Co-responsible for the course with the participant, the Course Reference builds and implements with the person the relevant path in the light of the objectives of integration set and contracted in the form of a contract of employment. Based on the strengths and difficulties identified during the reception of the participant, the Referent proposes an action plan to the participant. The different commitments of the participant and the referee are as follows: * The Referent engages with the participants in a contract whose objectives are accepted by the three parties (the participant, the referee and the PLIE Animation Team); * The Referent defines with each participant a personalised integration pathway according to their project and capabilities; * The Referent provides individualised support throughout the participant’s entire integration path by meeting them at regular intervals; * The Referent assesses at each stage the progress of the individual project and sets the next step, this in a short time, and formalises these ABC ViEsion steps; * The Referent works in direct contact with the operators involved in the different stages of the journey; * The Referent evolves the participant’s demand by studying their transferable know-how in similar trades; * The referent works the professional project by focusing his activity on the skills acquired or to be acquired; * The Reference indicates for each participant the conditions of employability from the trade sheets (ROME); * The Referent provides close follow-up to the participant and in all cases: at his request, in case of difficulty, at each new stage; * The referent participates in the meetings of referents, the Accreditation Commission and the training organised by the PLIE Animation Team; * The Referent transmits to the Animation Team the qualitative elements of the integration pathways necessary for the implementation of the programming; * The mission contains an obligation to reserve the information given in confidentiality by the participants; * The information transmitted to the partners is subject to the agreement of the person concerned; * The Referent will be entrusted by the PLIE Animation Team, the follow-up of one or more Municipalities of the Metropolis (external permanences). In order to allow residents of the member municipalities to benefit from this service, the Referent intervenes on appointment beaches in areas of Clermont Auvergne Métropole, in particular priority districts with varying intensity to be specified according to the number of persons targeted. The PLIE path reference must be a privileged interlocutor for the Commune on integration and employment issues and likely to link with the partners regarding the pathways and stages implemented (assisted contracts, additional training, etc.).
