ONRA and IREPA LASER have chosen to work together to explore the feasibility and development of an additive manufacturing technique of fragile materials for high temperature and biomedical applications. In this project, we will study the feasibility and adaptation of this CLAD® process to ceramics and intermetallics. ONRA will bring its expertise and experience in processes, thermochemistry and characterisation of ceramics and intermetallics (materials studied for years at DMSC and DMSM).
