The personalised support project breaks down into different workshops and individual and/or collective interviews that aim to lift the different obstacles accumulated by the young people we welcome: 1\. Anchoring phase: reception, listening, orientation and definition of the professional project 2\. Remobilisation phase: work on self-perception/presentation, valorisation of self, skills and making the labour market more accessible (job search methodology, knowledge of tools, etc.) 3\.
