The HYBRIDATION DES PROCEDIES project is a collaborative resourcing project focused on the issues of additive manufacturing and advanced machining. It brings together 6 CRTs/CTI flagships of the Industrial R&I of the Grand East: Cerfav, CIRTES, CM2T, the INSTITUT DE SOUDURE and TJFU will work on this project coordinated by IREPA LASER. Additive manufacturing and advanced machining processes are the leading processes of the factory of the future. The region can be proud to have several CRTs developing these processes. Through this project, the CRTs/CTIs of the Be bEst programme have the ambition to develop solutions on part manufacturing by hybridising processes in order to benefit for the production of the assets presented by the different processes. As a first step, each process will be developed with a view to tooling needs (moulds, punches, etc.) by working on materials, control of parameters and production speed. This work will also serve as a basis for comparison between different technologies. Next, technologies will be combined, by couplings to begin, with the aim of manufacturing tool-type demonstrators explaining the interest in combining processes.
