The project involves the rehabilitation of 5 buildings located 1 to 10 Cité Turenne in Turckheim and comprising 80 social housing units built in the late 1950s. This project is part of the policy of Pôle Habitat Centre Alsace, which consists of reducing the energy consumption of its buildings in order to optimise the level of energy costs of its tenants. The homes are classified as energy label E and will reach the BBC level after renovation. For consistency in its interventions, Pôle Habitat Colmar Centre Alsace also wanted to carry out work to improve the safety of the residence, the comfort of use of the accommodation and the quality of service.
