Lingenheld Environnement, an actor in waste management and recovery since 1992, is increasingly engaged in the production of green energy and plans to set up a dry methanisation plant at its site in Oberschaeffolsheim. This facility will make it possible to recover 22,500 tonnes of biomass per year and provide the equivalent of the annual gas consumption of 1,250 households. The activity will create 2 direct jobs, 10 indirect jobs and provide an opportunity to diversify the activities of the site, while making it increasingly part of a circular economy approach on the territory of Eurometropole.
