The Alsace Eurometopole Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Trades of Alsace, the Greater East Region and the Eurometropole of Strasbourg are organising a new joint edition of the “Creer Reprise and develop its box in Alsace” exhibition. This exhibition will take place at the PMC in Strasbourg on 19 November 2019 from 9 to 6 p.m. Any project promoter for the creation or takeover of a business, any young manager will be able to meet in one place the main players who can accompany him to enable him to realise his project or to develop his business. This year, a focus will be placed on business takeover. Indeed, in the coming years, more and more entrepreneurs are coming to retirement age, there will be many opportunities for business takeovers, either for buyers or for entrepreneurs who develop through external growth. Close to 81 exhibitors will be present to answer questions from visitors (members of the Be Est network, consular chambers, accountants, banks, insurance, notaries and service providers dedicated to businesses). A programme of conferences and workshops will allow visitors to learn about the B.A.BA about the creation/reprise, the social status, the choice of legal status, the exit from the micro-enterprise scheme, the financing of the company, the aids for creation or takeover... Volunteers will also be able to participate in a crash test
