APF France handicap proposes to continue the implementation of enhanced and personalised support towards the employment of persons recognised as disabled workers participating in the PLIE and to provide technical support to all the route managers in order to enable them to better understand the issue of disability in their accompaniments and to mobilise the appropriate arrangements for the construction of the routes. APF France handicap therefore proposes to carry, train and accompany a job reference post for the implementation of 2 separate actions, for the benefit of PLIE participants recognised as workers with disabilities: * **_Action 1_: reference job for the implementation of an accompanying path for PLIE participants recognised as workers with disabilities (including the continuation of the accompanying paths that have integrated the system in 2018-2019):** \- Make and allow the beneficiary to make a diagnosis of his situation \- Allow the beneficiary to become aware of his brakes \- Contribute to the lifting of his brakes by mobilising the dedicated devices \- Initiate the development and first validation of a professional project \- Accompany to the implementation of job search \- Fostering and securing job stability * _**Action 2:**_ **Technical support for all PLIE career referents:** **​ \- **Entering resources for all PLIE referents on the specific field of occupational integration of persons recognised as disabled workers \- Accompanying and training referents in the mobilisation of schemes dedicated to persons recognised as workers with disabilities
